So what happened? One minute I’m spending 2 weeks at Juicy Oasis, the next minute I blink, a whole year has passed.
Nothing had changed. i’m Still bumbling along trying to make a difference in the running world. In stark reality I was getting worse. Found solace in drinking wine in the evening and trying to be an athlete during the day. Ain’t going to happen.
so I’ve tried to undertake an experiment. I am going sober. Just to see what happens. Do my running stats improve? Does my life improve?
I am now on day 19. All is is good. I’m going to chart my sober progress. If anyone else wants to try this experiment. I can highly recommend The Alcohol Experiment
