Alcoholic Athlete. …. Why???

Nooooo! I’m not a alcoholic.  I just have an over enthusiastic love of wine that hinders my weight loss and running. Time to knock it on the head and get to grips with my training plan.

I started my journey in 2012 I was very over weight but I found my love of running, became a jog leader, set up a running group up (Jog Oakwood) ran several half marathons and the London Marathon in 2015. I have always been a slow runner. Not unusual for me to come last. I have managed to shift a lot of weight but to be where I want to be and be the athlete I want I need to shift 4.5 stone. Here my journey starts. I am following the Joe Wicks 90 Day SSS Plan. FollPlease sponsor me so that I am eligible to run in the London Marathon. Sponsor Me.
